All items are customizable during checkout . There’s a few boxes where you can put your requests. Whatever you put in the request boxes override the menu options. Please see the customs tab in the site menu for all available options.

Most orders are made and shipped in 7-10 business days.   From there, timing depends on what shipping option you choose. During holidays or busy sales, timeframes may differ.  If  you need your order urgently, there is a fast track option during checkout that will get your item to you in 2-5 business days.  I am a one woman business, and I strive for happy customers! Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me. If you click the “anonymous gift” option during checkout, your information, address and name WILL NOT BE DISCLOSED .
